Developed a water valve leak overnight on our motorhome. Stopped in and within a short time they discovered the issue and resolved it. With no appointment they had us on the road within about two hours. Excellent service. Highly recommend this business for any RV problem. All staff personnel also friendly and helpful.

Bought a 5th wheel last year and the process was flawless,had a warranty issue right off and was taken care of swiftly by Andy.had another few problems and had unit at dealership and was repaired and winterized no charge. We dropped our camper off with about thirteen issues for warranty work since we couldnt camp anyway. We were initially told it was ready and went to pick it up. When we got there, only two items were actually fixed and one major item that wasnt was our refrigerator still wouldnt run off the battery. The owner got involved and said they needed to keep the camper longer but would deliver it to us when it was finished. Initially this could have been a bad experience but they went above and beyond to fix everything on our list exactly the way we wanted. They even upgraded our shower head at no charge to us. The service here is beyond excellent and Andy always had a great attitude, even with our pickiness. Our camper is brand new but when we are ready to buy again, this will for sure be where I go. I would recommend this business to everyone for their phenomenal service from the minute you are looking to buy until even after the sale! You definitely wont get this kind of excellency from a big chain camper place!
